Project Management Degree Apprentice Review

Day to day, I work on managing and supporting continuous improvement projects. I report on project progress to senior stakeholders, manage a budget and producing project management plans.

When I first joined, I have no prior experience. I can now confidently produce a full project management plan and deliver a successful project. I have gained confidence in my communication and writing skills.

I have had incredible opportunities throughout the duration of my apprenticeship, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on program the learning aspects and the on the job learning.

The program is well organized and structured, there are plenty of support options.

I feel well supported by the Apprenticeship Team, Line Manager and other employees at Amazon.

I would say I haven't received as much support from my training provider.

I feel as though the support through my employer has given me more skills and knowledge rather than through my training provider.

There are always activities that you are able to get involved with, I have taken part in a number of careers fairs and fun activities throughout my time on program.

Amazon provides so many amazing opportunities to their apprentices which you would not be able to get else where. You gain experience from working alongside some of the industries best people.
