Apprentice early years educator Review

My role as an apprentice is to care for the children as well as learn on the job about their development and how to implement the courses i have done in to my day to day life.

I have learnt a lot of new skills within the communication and language as well as SEND and the developmental side of writing observations on a child.

I enjoy my programme a lot as it has taught me life skills and widened my knowledge on working with children.

I think my programme is extremely organised as I am always aware on what i should be working on as well as when my deadlines are.

I receive quite a bit of support when needed and I am not scared to ask if i am unsure.

My training provides supports me when needed and makes sure everything is organised so I know what I am doing.

My qualification has helped me to perform better in my role as it has widened my knowledge.
