  • My daily tasks include helping the team answer a variety of requests that we receive or escalating them if needed, onboarding new starters, managing probation reviews and recruitment.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my knowledge of HR and business understanding by working with experienced colleagues and completing the apprenticeship modules. I have also been able to understand why certain policies and procedures are in place and develop my skills in excel and navigating new systems.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the opportunity to learn whist working and I feel that it has really helped me to develop the knowledge I have gained through the programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is structured well and I am always kept informed of what is ahead. I completed a variety of tasks throughout the programme that have been extremely helpful now that I am starting my end point assessment.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from Enigma and the rest of the HR team are always available and happy to answer questions I have. I am given time during working hours to attend webinars and work on my assessments.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My coach at BPP is very supportive and has been helping me identify and set targets to complete each module. The webinars are relevant and informative and they provide sources and suggestions for further research.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that the apprenticeship has significantly helped to develop my general knowledge from when I started the role and provides logic behind why certain procedures are in place.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • The HR team have regular social activities and I recently attended an apprenticeship event hosted by Enigma, where I had the opportunity to meet other apprentices from across the business and hear from experts in the industry.
