  • Supporting Apprentices has been enlightening and very rewarding. Utilising Coaching technics has turned idea into ability

  • Programme is well structured, though virtual - good exposure to all styles of coaching

  • Employer in full support of self development, as this will support our apprentices and staff in turn

  • Training provider is at the end of emails, the workshops are well structured and though a large group - seems to flow well

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Consolidates ideas and 'homely' ability into skills and full support of all.

  • Always a variety of aspects to involve self with, both locally and nationally. With a diversity of options across a plethora of activities.

  • A large employer who naturally takes care of an individual. A wide base of work skill settings, from Safety critical, to online and Everything in between. A well rounded, ever present company who strive to be at the forefront of change and development.

  • Be honest, be open to new environments and also ensure you are making the most of every opportunity.
