Administrative tasks on pension schemes, help line calls, keeping the scheme up to date, communicating with clients and members, managing scheme bank accounts,
Learnt how to speak to clients and members on the phones, how to write an email and letters, has gave me confidence when speaking to people, taught me how to calculate pension benefits
I enjoy the programme a lot as it has gave me very good experience in a office job along with valuable knowledge of pensions and also how to deal with customer care
My programme is very well organised as everything is planned and slotted into our calandar when events are coming up, there has been plenty of training and always people free to help
I receive a lot of support from my employer including great benefits, training and the option to always be able to speak to someone when i need to.
The support given from the training provider is less, they mostly just set assignments and set deadlines
It allows me to perform better in my role as it gives me better knowledge of the job i am doing meaning i am able to complete tasks and do my job efficiently without always asking someone else how to do something
Lots of extra curricular activities constant tournaments in sports, lots of clubs you can join its really on you if you want to join something as theres many options.
