Working with unique individuals on a variety of projects and tasks to complete complicated assignments that are essential to further our training and understanding of the tasks that will be expected of us in the future when we graduate to the company as fully qualified workers in our desired fields.
I have furthered my previous experience in leadership and teamwork that I had learned from previous corporate and academic positions whilst also learning new skills such as the reading and understanding of complicated work pieces and how to apply them to the tasks requested of me during day-to-day operations at work.
Due to the new experiences that this program has given me, along with all of the skills it has helped me to develop over the course of time here. I would have to say that I am enjoying this programme and I am keen to see where these experiences will take me in the future.
There have been issues that I have come across where information and communication seemed to be lacking that has impacted the way I am able to learn. There have also been problems with some of the people I have been made to learn alongside who seem to enjoy making my learning experience a chore to complete.
While it can be difficult to get a hold of someone directly, it is easy to get the support of my team-lead who is very helpful in pointing me in the correct direction, so from that point of view I receive a good amount of support. However, if I have an issue with another department that I cannot speak-to in person, then the experience is not as good.

Since this qualification teaches me from the ground up on how to perform my job; I would have to say that the qualification has helped me to better perform through the simple fact that I did not have those skills before i applied for this qualification, which has made it a great asset to my life.
There are several networking events that do happen throughout the year such as an apprentice forum to an end-of-year apprentice Christmas dance that helps new apprentices to meet with others of their peers and help them make friends with people they did not think they would ordinarily would have in the past.
Yes
This is a good company to work for that has a bright future and provides a vital role in the defence of the realm as well as giving all those who work here new experiences and learn new things that could help them in the future to improve their careers.
Come to the company with an open mind and a desire to learn new skills which will put you in good standing fro the future. The final thing I would suggest would be to enjoy your time as it is easier to complete a job day-after-day if you have fun.
