  • On a day-to-day basis I answer member queries and answer helplines. Alongside this I update member records and liaise with other areas of the company.

  • I have developed on my communication skills, as well as my adaptability. Furthermore, I have developed on my teamwork skills and I have learnt how to prioritise work effectively.

  • I really enjoy the programme, and the company are brilliant to work for as there is so much knowledge to be shared and everyone is very supportive.

  • It is well structured with clear deadlines.

  • I receive lots of support not only from my employer but throughout the company. Everyone is approachable and more than willing to help others learn.

  • I receive quite a bit of support from the training provider, we have monthly meetings which allow for them to go over any assignments that you have done and explain how these are helpful within the apprenticeship and job role.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me as it gives me a deeper understanding of pensions and the history behind them, this is helpful as it supports the work I do on a daily basis.

  • There are annual netball and football games. Each office will create a team and have a friendly competition with the other offices.
