  • I set up training for staff around the council. I contact internal and external providers to deliver this training and then advertise it to staff who are either interested or are required to complete it.

  • I also receive a lot of support from my college assessor regarding my college work

  • I feel that it helps me a lot as i understand the importance of customer service and the ways in which i can provide it to different people

  • Yes- there are always a range of things to take part in

  • Yes

  • Because i gain a lot of support from everybody i work with and believe i have several ways to develop myself and network with other staff members and teams

  • Look online for advertisements and go to a careers advisor to support you with the application and interview process. Also, look into a learning programme
