I set up training for staff around the council. I contact internal and external providers to deliver this training and then advertise it to staff who are either interested or are required to complete it.

I completely enjoy my programme
It is very structured around my work role and college learning
I receive a lot of support from both my employer and all the team.
I also receive a lot of support from my college assessor regarding my college work
I feel that it helps me a lot as i understand the importance of customer service and the ways in which i can provide it to different people

Because i gain a lot of support from everybody i work with and believe i have several ways to develop myself and network with other staff members and teams
Look online for advertisements and go to a careers advisor to support you with the application and interview process. Also, look into a learning programme
