It's early on in my apprenticeship but I am learning how to write an essay again, how to reference and use more aspects of word.
It's still early days but so far it has been good to meet new people and talk about topics which will help in my future role
Si far so good. The dates for the year are set, the topics are clear. The business is supportive of the courses.
6 hrs a week off the job to work on my skills and studies plus support from the rest of the apprentice team at Laleham and our Apprnticehip Coordinator on site
So far it is very promising, we have a personal tutor, a HELM team to help with work and letting us know if we were on the right track and the tutors seem very approachable
I have just accepted a new rols as departmental manager so i think the course will be really good for my role, looking at leadership style, budgeting etc
I am attending a conference in Amterdam next week for our industry. We have a couple of sports teams who play locally and we have work socials at Xmas and for special events.

Laleham is a great place to work with supportive colleagues and leaders. The leadership team make themselves available to apprentices to help with the topics they are working on and put on sessions to cover off specific topics i.e. marketing, project management etc.
Always volunteer to get involved in things outside of your department as this is how you learn the most about the overall company and processes.
