My role is Delivery PMO. On a day-to-day basis this involves managing projects through various tools such as navigator and Jira
I have developed a greater proficiency in excel, various project management tools and a greater understanding of how to conduct myself in a corporate environment.
My first year of my program was unorganised and i wasn't given enough work. This has improved in my second year though.
The program isn't very well structured and I think you experience is very dependent on which team you are in.
Again this is dependent on team. So in my first year i wasn't given any support but since changing teams this has changed for the better
I would say that of which you would expect from a univeristy but i also think the quality of education is poor in comparison to other levels of education
I'd say only 20% of my course has any relevance to my role in work.
There are many sports activities as well as cultural days to promote the various cultures we have at Radbroke
Yes
I wouldn't recommend it in the sense of you will likely make faster learning and career progression at a smaller company but the benefits such as pay and pension as well as the way you are respected in the company I would recommend it.
I would recommend creating a good network of colleagues. In addition I would say to keep on top of the academic side of the course.
