  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have loved this programme so far! I have made many mates with the apprentices and learned so much in a short amount of time in the programme yet there is still so much more to learn. I am looking forward to the future of the apprenticeship but also when I am a qualified technician.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe its well a structured programme. For certain subjects they were slightly rushed but still gave us sufficient time to complete our assessments. Amazon gave us a team building exercise in the first month where we spent a week away in Wales with the apprentices where we did many activities which I found very fun so I feel that was well-timed. They gave us the opportunity to come back on a weekend when we were studying which was great and a Christmas break from studying which I loved as well allowing us to recharge over summer and come back and finish our last two months of assessments at the training provider.
