Sone of the areas my role covers includes analysing the accuracy of data to enable billing, correcting the data where relevant, answering queries through the mailbox and then invoicing processes.
- communication skills for example presenting Infront of my team and others. - time management as there are busy days where tasks need to be done by a certain time. - listening skills- shadowing different teams to gain an insight into what they do.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as it has helped with gaining new skills
It is well organised as there is lots of recourses and time available which can help when unsure on something.
I receive lots of support and help when unsure. This has helped me to feel more confident and take on new tasks.
I receive lots f help as good feedback is provided which has helped me to improve when completing the next tasks for example PowerPoint presentations.
