Setting up and managing financial documents which cover revenue and expenses in order to ensure the correct amounts are being accounted for and taxed by the client.
Excel, time management, organisation, communication are all skills i have developed while on this course.
I enjoy the programme as it has allowed me to gain the practical work experience while simultaneously learning the theoretical side of accounting during university time.
The programme is well structured to allow a nice blend of work experience and university education. There are many helpful programme staff who are always available for communication.
The employees i've worked with have all been helpful and offered a hand if needed. There have been times i have needed extra help which i didn't receive however overall it's been a positive experience.
The training is mainly handled by the University who have been very helpful in providing advice/ guidance relating to our qualifications.
It has allowed me to have the knowledge going into work however it is not as significant as the practical experience
There are a few social activities including football and a walking society
Yes
The support and environment at pwc are all positive, it's a great company to work for from my experience.
Ensure that you understand what the job and role entail, many people assume going into the course that it is more accounting based however that is only a small part of what audit contains.
