I am the training coordinator for our Customer Service Centre. My role includes all aspects of training from identifying training needs, designing, creating and curating training materials and sessions, Delivering/ facilitating training and evaluating training impacts. I also help colleagues with development, BAU tasks and help with project work within the business.
Yes, i am learning all about Learning and Development
I really enjoy the programme. It is challenging but that just helps me to progress
Very. My training sessions and 121s are booked well in advance. My 121s are really productive and my reviews are really useful.
I have lots of support from my employer. I get time to complete everything, when something is booked in (training session, 121 etc) that is prioritised. I have lots of people i can reach out to for help and support if im stuck.
Lots of support. I email my tutor all the time whenever i need any help with anything. She is very quick to respond and calls me for catch ups if i request one. They are always letting me know courses and sessions which are available to join and send lots of resources. I cannot fault MKBK at all and i am hoping to continue to my Level 5 with them
100%. I was doing my role for around 2 year where i previously worked, after having no proper training. I only learnt through observations. This course has taught me how to be more efficient and impactful in my role. It has helped me to understand people and their different needs and how to cater to them more through training. Every aspect of my role is covered in this course and it has been great
Different people arrange different social events for everyone to get involved in. My organisation does a lot for charities and fundraising and so we have a lot of social events which focus around that as well as community.
Yes
They are a great company filled with great people. They are extremely proactive in supporting development and well being. They are also great at supporting communities too through charity work, volunteering, fundraising, making places greener and social prescribing.
It is a complicated organisation but a very very worthwhile one. They are extremely supportive. Be open with your leaders and be willing to work and there are so many options available
