  • taking calls and helping customers with whatever issue they come through with if within purview using albert and galahad together to diagnose issues they have and try to fix and if not pass to level 2 or wherever albert says

  • More confident than when i first started and knowing how it feels to be on the other side of the call helping is pretty fun to do and being able to help people as much as i can as of now till i learn more and can be more personal with people over the phone

  • Benn rlly good great team i work with and tracie niko and cheryll are fab rlly supportive and always ask how you learn best so they can tailor it to you and everyones super nice

  • some they message online but whereas i learn better inperson and showing me what to do but shes really sweet
