I have developed my old skills and also learnt new skills whilst on my learning journey.
I really enjoyed the programme! It has given me the confidence to do my job once I was promoted. I really enjoyed learning more about my self and how I can become a better leader.
The programme is very well organised, I knew what was expected of me and when my work was due to be handed this helped me because I was able to keep on top of my work load all the time.
I was given my time in store to complete the training. Screwfix gave me the support I needed.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is an asset to the business! Her support was amazing, from day 1 she was there to help me. Even through failing my maths exam 3 times she was able to get me focused right to end! I could not have done it without her!
I feel I have more confidence in my role. I am able to make decisions and not second guess myself, I have learnt how to change my style to suit my audience and believe this alone has helped me massively!
Branch Managers conference happens once a year and I attended my first one in Feb 2025.
