    • Both, it has been great to gain more knowledge and insight in order to develop existing skills and to learn new skills too.

    • I really enjoy the programme. I'm learning a lot and I can put this knowledge to good use in my role.

    • The programme is pretty flexible, and together with my tutor, we look at when to book future modules which fit around work requirements, annual leave etc.

    • I feel very well supported. I'm able to take sufficient time for off the job learning and my employer is interested in my progress.

    • I feel very well supported by the training provider, and I know that I can call or email the tutor whenever I have any questions.

    • Very well; the qualification is expanding my knowledge which I can put into practice in the workplace.
