  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role currently consists of learning in the morning and taking calls in the afternoon. The morning is normally knowledge gaining that we put into the calls that we take in the afternoon. This is good because we do it fast enough as to where we can apply the knowledge before it leaves.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned lots of new skills, not only about the job role but also regarding general life skills. for example, I managed to gain confidence in having personal conversations with not only our customers, but with people in general. I also now know how to talk in front of a group of people better.
