I oversee our 4Skills program, and my work ranges from shortlisting candidates and reviewing video interviews to getting involved with creating amazing social media posts for our 4Skills page.
Yes, I have become more confident in my communication on a day to day basis and have really prioritised taking my initiative to the next level by being proactive.
I really enjoy the programme and the array of responsibilities on offer as well as the opportunity to learn new information from my learnignprovider paragon as well.
There is a clear day allocated as my study day, and this allows me time to complete work that goes to my qualification. My team also clearly allign my work and help is there if needed.
I receive all the support I need and despite my proactive approach, my team is always on hand to be able to support me whenever I need.
My training provider can always be contacted through teams or email, weekly catch-ups are always available when needed, and each task is clearly outlined.
It gives me a fairly good insight to business concepts and how a business operates as a whole however, I do not think every single part is critical.
Yes, my work offers a wide array of social activities, and my team makes an effort to arrange events for me to be able to make the most of extracurriculars.
