I am responsible for delivering plumbing services within NHS facilities, including scheduled maintenance, reactive repairs and remedial work.
I have learnt alot of skills and knowledge that I hope shows in my work, I gained confidence and and self awareness, also my knowledge on the company the values and processes have grown , with my opportunity's to Cover TSS whilst they are on annual leave, leading and supporting are valued teams in the northwest. The skills and knowledge I have developed whilst on my apprenticeship are not only supporting my job role to support are customers, clients and members of the public, but also in my home life and giving me a sense of pride in my achievements.
I could not put into words how much I am enjoying my program, I wake up looking forward to my working day, and what new skills I will learn.
I have a fantastic support from my managers, colleagues and the company, as well as my college tutor and support staff.
100 % they will go above and beyond to help me reach my goals.
The tutor at college is exceptional, he takes time to explain process and offers further support if needed, the supporting staff are equally as supportive to help me achieve my qualifications
I would not beabke to complete my task at work without the training I have been provided.
Yes we have alot of volunteering days and charity events that we carry out to support are community's, where we all come together from all areas of the company.
