As a HR Manager, I specialise in recruitment heading a team of 22 recruiters supporting with the recruitment of all GB Aldi Stores.
Having only been on my apprenticeship for a couple of months, I have already learnt so much and gained valuable knowledge that will help me in my role.
I am thoroughly enjoying the programme so far. My tutor is excellent and they live webinars are both informative and engaging.
Very well structured. My progress reviews are booked in advance to me help manage my diary alongside work commitments. In my first week, I was provided the key dates for the remainder of the year including webinars and key deadlines for my assignments.
My employer has been extremely support - I couldn't ask for more. My direct leader regularly checks in on how I am finding my apprenticeship and to ask whether I need any support.
BPP provide all necessary support. There are regular calls booked in with your tutor to talk through your progress and the interim I can email if I have any questions and these are always responded to promptly. The website contains an abundance of guidance and information.
I have completed one module so far in my apprenticeship focusing on organisational structure and people practises. This helped me have a wider understanding of how businesses operate, including my own.
Yes there are lots of professional networking events that I get the opportunity to attend regularly. There are fantastic for both my personal and professional development.
