Day-to-day property management, email & phone responses, reactive works, service charge budgets, ensuring rents have been paid and working as a layer between tenants and landlords. Daily interactions internally include communicating across teams to gain information and deliver this information to the required parties.
I've developed a host of skills. Importantly, phone and face to face communication skills. I am additionally developing my knowledge of property, coming into the industry with no previous professional experience.
It's a very good programme, although it can be difficult to manage both workload and study responsibilities.
Very well organised. Two modules per term, and the majority of tasks are relevant and will assist with the job.
I am given a good level of support from my employer. We have regular meetings and catch ups between Savills & UCEM.
So far this has been positive. We have regular catch-ups and there is additional support available per module.
I believe that some of the tasks (report writing ect) has directly benefitted and improved me within my role.
I'm involved with various professional networking events and the Savills football team.
