  • 9a. Would you recommend Cummins to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Cummins is a fantastic employer that adopts a hire to develop philosophy. I initially came to Cummins as a level 3 apprentice and I have recently just completed level 5. I have had a fantastic environment that has allowed me to grow through the company. No matter who you speak to everyone is willing to help and support you, it’s a fantastic workplace and environment.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
  • I would advise others to think about what competencies they can demonstrate or bring to positions at Cummins. I would also encourage future apprentices to be onsite more than working from home. There are more benefits and opportunities from working in the office, it will help you grow a bigger network, I don’t feel as an apprentice you will get any value from working at home. Be proactive and get involved in as much as you can and be willing to learn.
