  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The apprenticeship programmed was a vey enjoyable experience, helping me to understand how I manage a team effectively and professionally. It has taught me confidence and how to handle tricky and sensitive situations that arise in my role, and has helped me to develop to help further my future career prospects.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was very well structured and offered a wide variety of learning styles. The hybrid nature of the programme helped me to complete it as I live far away from my workplace. The structure was not too stressful but was engaging, with useful resource materials provided in real time.

  • The support I received from my employer was amazing and I cannot thank the apprenticeship team enough for the support and help they provided. They were quick and efficient, and easy to approach with any difficulties that arose during my time on the course.

  • The qualification and the training that I have received has already helped to shape how I interact with my team, and has helped me to lead with confidence and with a better knowledge of legislations.
