  • I am working as a global coordinator in the GSS/ Multinational Team. I help to coordinate our global network, and manage the local policies in accordance with the global insurance programmes.

  • I have improved my understanding of: -the industry -insurance requirements -global/ international standards and regulations -communication skills -task management -account management/ coordination

  • I have had an excellent experience on my programme and have learnt a great deal it has been a sharp learning curve, but one that I have really enjoyed

  • I have been given a great deal of assistance with my learning so far, and have always been able to ask for help when necessary.

  • My employer has allowed for additional time to prepare for studies during the work week I have been given additional training for my day to day role I have been supported by those around me

  • I have been given time to study in the work week, and guidance on how to complete my studies

  • It has limited use in my role It does give a general understanding of the industry, but the level of detail is too shallow, with too many different topics in each module
