I am working as a global coordinator in the GSS/ Multinational Team. I help to coordinate our global network, and manage the local policies in accordance with the global insurance programmes.
I have improved my understanding of: -the industry -insurance requirements -global/ international standards and regulations -communication skills -task management -account management/ coordination
I have had an excellent experience on my programme and have learnt a great deal it has been a sharp learning curve, but one that I have really enjoyed
I have been given a great deal of assistance with my learning so far, and have always been able to ask for help when necessary.
My employer has allowed for additional time to prepare for studies during the work week I have been given additional training for my day to day role I have been supported by those around me
I have been given time to study in the work week, and guidance on how to complete my studies
It has limited use in my role It does give a general understanding of the industry, but the level of detail is too shallow, with too many different topics in each module
There are networking events and inclusion and diversity networks that I have joined
