  • Leading and co-ordinating digital projects within the trust. Ranging from upgrading clinical applications, implementing new software and completing large scale infrastructure projects.

  • Both, have appreciated taking existing strong skills to the next level and understand how to develop lesser exposed skillsets to address balance.

  • Looked forward to all workshops and felt more confident/inspired after every session. Provided a platform/community I wouldn't find anywhere else.

  • Very - clear, straightforward structure while also accommodating flexibility for the needs of all apprentices.

  • My employer regularly meets with me to review the course and ensure I have time to complete tasks/assignments and share experiences.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor is always there if needed. Regular check ins help my prioritise and set realistic targets while factoring in flexibility - which is key.

  • Provider constantly empowers apprentices, sharing tools to improve confidence and strengthen conviction in our decisionsand intent.

  • Occasional, friendly football matches amongst IT teams.
