  • The tutor provided structured support

  • They provided support where necessary for hands on training and for covering work when required in order to complete the relevant work.

  • They provided help and support when needed

  • Some of the stuff leant didn't prove to be much help due to it not being relevant to the workplace.

  • Its useful when starting off to learn new things although long term progress maybe limited
