Drive the bus. Check the bus. Keep up to date with any changes to laws in regards to the PCV licence. Engage with passengers and colleagues.

Like every job it had the good and bad days
Very well organised.
A lot thoughout the programme as you have mentor to turn to as well as an assessor with you for the whole duration of the programme
Quite a lot. There is always someone you can turn to when in need
Much better as it teaches you the core fundamentals to driving with passengers on board
Yes and no. No real activities. Mostly engaging with others in the garage or on breaks

Take it one day at a time. Have patience and be well prepared. You will be supported
