Booking accommodation for apprentices, uploading information to the TMS, submitting grant claims.
At the moment, no as I am bringing my current knowledge and skills to the role.
I am enjoying it but sometimes wish there was a bit more to do.
I wouldn't say there is much structure to my role as it is taken more day-by-day rather than having set tasks.
I receive plenty of support from both my Manager and other areas of the business.
I wouldn't say my training provider has been the best, since starting my apprenticeship I am on my third tutor and I am still not sure what is needed for me for my EPA.
I am currently working towards a HR Level 3 which is not entirely relevant to my current role. I was made redundant from my previous position within another company and have been lucky enough that my new employer are allowing me to finish my apprenticeship with them, once this is done I will be starting Lvl 5 Learning Practitioner apprenticeship which will be a lot more relevant to my new role.
No, but I prefer this as I am not a sociable person.
Yes
Because they are a good company and take career growth a lot more seriously than other businesses.
Come with an open mind as the role you start in might not be the role you stay in.
