Worked in insurance audit for 4 months. spoke with clients, solved problems, read Financial statements
I learnt to be calm whenever things happen because they will always sort themselves out in the end. Learnt how the audit process works from top to bottom and how everyone's job role contributes to hte audit
My team was excellent working the long hours for such an extended period of time made working these hours more bearable and exciting. but working the hours were very long and tiring
Mine was very organised i knew what team i was on i was fully booked for the full duration of my placement
Learnt alot about the company culture and what it was like to work in insurance it is not the best only because of the hours but other than that the people were great
it has been really good i now know what i want to do and that is a good thing
i was paid and all my expenses were reimbursed
I met new people working on the new team but not to many opportunities to really network with people
