I get into the office at around 9am. My work depends on whether I am on a project or not. I mostly use apps like AutoCAD, Bentley Open Buildings and Excel. Otherwise, I'm doing training courses or being taught how to do things in all the apps above. I'm always learning new things all the time. And end work at around 5:30.
I have learnt how to fluently use workstations like Work, PowerPoint and Excel. I am getting very good at using AutoCAD and am learning basic skills in Bentley Open Buildings. I have learnt many different commands and the most efficient ways of doing things. I have also learnt how to professionally write emails, making it easy to communicate with others. And have learnt how to use Teams and Outlook.
I enjoy my programme very much. It gives me the opportunity to learn new skills in the things that I like doing, basic or advanced. There are many friendly people in the office, but I wish more people were doing an apprentice ship too as sometimes it gets lonely being the only one at my level.
The programme is structured well, my role is quite new for my team as Motts haven't hired an apprentice of my level for a while, but we have found solutions to any risen problems.
I receive a lot of support from my whole team. If I ask anyone a question, they answer it very quickly. And if I need any help with anything it's provided. All online tools and apps are provided too. People in my team take time to help me.
My training provider provides teaching from good teachers in Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

Yes
They take good care of you.
If you have any questions, no matter what you can just ask it. You can also always work things out with your employer if you or they have any problems. Try to communicate with them as much as possible even when you don't really need to, it just helps.
