Depends what projects I am working on.
Not very well organised but I don't think any degree apprenticeships are. Expectations of employer and university contradict each other when it comes to professional development.
supportive compared to previous employer
Quality of training provider teaching is poor especially when learning online
University modules don't always align with my job role
Yes, opportunities for learning and networking
Yes
Mott MacDonald is better than the previous engineering company I worked for in terms of working environment, support and culture. The university lets down the degree apprenticeship aspect of the programme, with last minute changes and course extensions without communicating with apprentices to mitigate impact.
Be keen to learn and curious about engineering
