I'm involved in a multi-client area where I work across a number of clients providing patching for the estates.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills withing my role. I had little knowledge on computers prior to capgemini and now I'm more knowledgeable.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the majority of the work I am doing. Sometimes I don't feel the work is relating to what I am doing in my role but it is useful to know.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is very well laid out for me. Enough time to fit study days around work and life.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Capgemini is always supportive of the apprenticeship and will always encourage us to take the time to study.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel i receive enough support to allow me to get through my work.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that doing this qualification has allowed me to not only gain more knowledge to perform better than what I had been doing prior. It has also helped me to stop procrastinating.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We sometimes have socials that I do try and attend.

Yes

The employer cares about its people and their apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to excel whilst still being able to provide for my family and enjoy the work I'm doing.

If you get the opportunity to do an apprenticeship do it! Was the best decision I have made for myself and my family
