Completing a variety of tasks like benefit calculations and cashflow forecasts, as well as attending training, taking exams and attending meetings.

Program is in depth giving you all the skills and knowledge you will require for the future. Also receive lots of support within the programme, so is very enjoyable.

Program is very well structured and organised, we have a specific team in place that organises training and all the support is in place for you to succeed.

Lot's of support from employer as they put apprenticeship work first.

Training provider gives support by reviewing work and giving you points on what you need to improve.

The qualification and the learning I do for the qualification directly relates to my day to day work, so it definitely helps me perform better in my role.

There are social activities for example going out for food with your team or the company wide sports events like football and netball.
