  • The support from senior leaders is phenomenal as is the desire from the most senior colleagues to improve the culture of the organisation.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Yorkshire Ambulance Service?
  • Read the job description and tailor your experience to it. NHS applications are often unsuccessful because people copy and paste their CV into the application system and that often doesn't enable recruiting managers to short list them due to the point scores.
