I have developed my analytical skills through this programme and was able to practically apply them to my role. I have also developed coding skills and data techniques to help me think differently.
A difficult one to answer as covid-19 hit towards the end of the practical learning so we had to adapt quickly to a situation no-one had anticipated. This meant that the face to face sessions had to end and we went remotely.
The structure of the programme was great. It had a real flow to it.
All the support I needed. My boss allowed me the time to devote to the training and I was able to bring my learnings into the team and seek their guidance on what types of practical application they wanted to see me develop.
A difficult one to answer as covid-19 hit towards the end of the practical learning so we had to adapt quickly to a situation no-one had anticipated. This meant that the face to face sessions had to end and we went remotely. The training provider was hands on during the face to face period but then when it was remotely, it felt like the individual had to reach out to get any additional advice / support. However, this was not a normal time for anyone.
It has helped me to think differently and strengthened my analysis of situations.
