  • I've learnt about telecommunications and how to deal with all aspects of my job.

  • We have regular events we can attend, most of them are quite far away though.

  • Work life balance, good pay for the work and regular overtime and a massive support group

  • Be yourself, stay very close with your team as they will help you to succeed in your role.
