It changes everyday. Some days are spent running customer workshops, others are spent researching a service.
I’ve learnt a lot, just within the 6 months I’ve been here. I’ve developed my public speaking skills, I understand working culture better, and I’ve done the cloud practitioner certification.
The work that I do is good and I enjoy it, but there is a lot going on and it can get overwhelming pretty easily.
It is a lot better organised than a lot of the other programs, our managers know our capabilities and always have relevant things for us to work on.
I receive a lot of support from those I work with.
There is some support available but it is not always applicable.
It is useful to some extent, but not a lot at this stage, I suspect it will be more useful later on.
Yes, there are lots of activities available, but there is not always time to go to them.

It’s a tough place to work but rewarding - I like my team and there are lots of opportunities.
