The work side of the programme is structured really great and i get involved in of of different departments with new tasks.
i received excellent support from my employer both with wok and wellbeing, it such a positive place to work.
Work let me do college work when needed and have been a big help when applying for my EPA
My qualification doesn't have much relevance to my job role currently. however i understand why that have given us a general engineering qualification and not a specific engine build one as its more versatile and would help should i move company.
