As an apprentice, I assist my experienced colleagues with the running of mobile sites to ensure they are always online and running as intended. This helps me to gain my own experience and knowledge too which is very beneficial for my job role.
I am currently developing my knowledge of how mobile sites work and how they affect not just us as a company, but our customers who use our services.
I enjoy my programme a lot, my colleagues are very helpful with assisting me on the job. This ensures less mistakes are made and everyone has a better overall knowledge of the job role.
It is very well structured, the apprenticeship is a mix of on the job training experience as well as working from home and attending courses. All of this is very relevant and is needed for the apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of support from my employer in regards to my apprenticeship. Regular checks occur to make sure that I am on track with my coursework and on the job work.
A lot of great support, this is both face to face, over the phone and virtually on a teams call etc. All of this support helps me to keep on track with my apprenticeship.
I feel very confident that my qualification helps me to perform better as the live courses for example, go over the logical and theoretical side of my job that is not possible to see on the job. This helps my understanding massively on the job.
There is a lot of extra-curricular activities available at Vodafone. This is notified to us by weekly emails for all to get involved.
