It was a varied job role. Day-to-day involved managing social media accounts, however there was also involvement in design work for campaigns, video editing, podcast production, press release writing and media management, and updating the website.
I learnt a lot of new skills in this job. I learnt copywriting which helped with the press releases and website updating. I learnt basics of SEO and PR as well. I also developed my skills in social media, video production and editing, and graphic design.
It provided valuable work and learning experience with a range of opportunities to get stuck in.

Yes, the company held monthly development days for team building exercises. I was also given the opportunity to do work experience elsewhere in my final year.
