I manage the upskilling and reskilling of existing employees in the data space. This can be in a group or 121 sessions to ensure that everyone has a plan to continuously develops themselves
Definitely. The programme has given me many more approaches and frameworks to use in my day to day role to be more effective
So far in the 6 months we have started, we have only had one virtual workshop. You do feel isolated and perhaps could consider just doing it itself
Dates of what to expect was good. But the infrequent and lack of group "study" makes you isolated and disengaged
