My role involves proofreading and cross-referencing documents, as well as learning and interacting with visual programming systems.
I have both learnt new skills whilst developing existing ones.
The programme is as enjoyable as a normal job. University is also a great time to socialise, but this is weekly.
The structure has been a bit haphazard, but this is the first year since the apprenticeship was restructured, so this is most likely an anomaly.
I receive all the support I ask for.
Regular reviews as well as freely contactable lecturers.
The degree is very cross-functional, and I can foresee the degree helping with day-to-day work activities.
There are plenty of clubs and social events which allow you to bond with new people. You can also start your own if you feel as though there is a gap.
