    • I have improved on my practical skills and learnt a new range of skills whilst on different placements.

    • I enjoy this programme as I am constantly learning and improving.

    • Within the workplace it is organised and well structured so that the apprentices can learn and make the most out of our placements before we join our job roles.

    • There is a range of support options as well as a range of staff that we can go to.

    • We have regular reviews and meetings to see how we are doing with college and our assignments.

    • We can gain a good understanding academically before we see it in work.

    • There are a range of events that we are encouraged to go to in work and outside of work.

    • I feel as if it is a good apprenticeship to go in to to gain good knowledge and skills.

    • To try and get a bit of practical experience and to do research on some topics that you may come across when in college.
