Yes in every placement that i have been in i have either learnt something new or further developed my existing skills.
I enjoy that each day is different, I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things.
The apprenticeship that i am on has been running for over 5 years so the structure has had time to be made to suit and is.
In terms of achieving my degree most people within work are very supportive and help with any topics that i am unsure of. In terms of support with jobs within work my employer is always supportive.
Block release from work to attend uni, lecturers always available by email. Frequent visits from ALO.
Qualification is very specific to role so therefore is extremely beneficial at work.
Sometimes, for example the majority of apprentices are STEM ambassadors meaning that we are able to promote our apprenticeships at local schools.
