Carry out surveys, produce quotations, manage the contracts, manage the operatives, try to make profitable margins.
Many new skills - Health & Safety Risk Assessments, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management, Industry Knowledge, Portfolio Management, Operative Management.
Thoroughly enjoyable - Provided extra knowledge involved with managing projects of any industry. It's also helped being able to apply this knowledge to day-to-day tasks.
Very well organised - Deadlines are set very clearly. The Online Coach is also very understanding when it comes to organising allotted times to meet.
My employer has provided endless support to give me the time to achieve the apprenticeship.
Training provider has been excellent. Understanding when arranging meeting times and also provided extensions when required. Very helpful during our meetings online and provided me with a lot of information around the mark scheme.
There is a lot of aspects to Project Management that can be applied to my-day-day responsibilities. Specifically at Bagnalls, the budgeting and cost scheduling was particularly applicable, as well as Risk Management.
