  • This course has taught me lots of new sales leadership theories and provided me with a focus to develop key skills for my role, which will inevitably support my career progression in the future.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the program, the way that the assignments are created you can be flexible with titles to ensure that it fits with your role - this way it doesn't feel like you are doing extra university work, its all focussed around adding to your career and development/

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • SUPER well organised - the workshops are well planned out yet the tutors are flexible with the discussions so that each topic is relevant to everyone regardless of industry. The check in calls are frequent but not too cumbersome of an experienced professional who is also doing a manager role.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support, my manager is really helpful - we often have a few people on each cohort which means we can lean on each other and talk about the relevance to our current roles / SAP with others who know the business well

  • I couldn't think of anything more Consalia could do - they are really hands on

  • The structure has provided me with a built in development plan to work through, making sure that I am broadening my skill set - e.g. Coaching

  • Lots! Multiple sports groups and social events in the office.

  • Its a great environment to learn with lots of opportunities to take like this course

  • Be yourself during the interview process, its important to get to know the team you may work with and vice versa
