  • I spend time downloading and manipulating data into a reporting view to share to my team to help track progress on issues

  • i have learnt lots of new skills, including how to pull data and present it in a professional view as well as how to use different tools used in the workforce

  • Im really enjoying the program at barclays, everyone from the top downwards is looking to help and there are always opportunities to grow your networks

  • The structure is very well organised from expectations to how help is offered.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • at Barclays you receive lots of support as an apprentice from monthly 1 to 1s with your line-manager and your skills coach aswell as lots of internal support from their GAIN program

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • MMU supply quarterly 1 to 1s with a skills coach aswell as plenty of learning during the week

  • there is lots of useful information to take home from your learning at your provider, they make sure it links closely with the work your doing which i think helps to solidify the information

  • there are many available extra curricular activities such as table tennis and lots of get togethers provided

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Overall it is a very nice place to work, with a nice office and environment making it feel easy to adapt to working when coming straight out of education. the support and opportunities in place are amazing


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • research the company, make sure your values align with the barclays mindset and how we do things, come prepared and don't be shy
