  • I am responsible for managing stakeholder needs, reviewing and developing software on a diverse range of areas.

  • I have expanded my software development skills massively such as in areas like modelling of software (i.e. UML) alongside developing my actual core competency skills (network engineering and software development).

  • I enjoy the programme quite a lot as it enables me to engage with senior software engineers which allows me to expand my capabilities.

  • The programme is structured very well and the team behind it are very proactive with their approach and if a problem does arise then they are great at handling it.

  • I receive an appropriate amount of support. If someone requires more support then they are given it, however, on the other hand if someone requires less support then they are more left to it to try things for themselves.

  • I receive an adequate amount of support from the training provider.

  • I believe that the qualification I receive through the training provider helps me perform slightly better at the role. I think that the work I do in the role enables me to grow more than the qualification.

  • Yes

  • It is a great place to work and the culture is incredibly open and receptive to a new member of the team joining and asking questions.

  • in the interviews ensure the STAR format is utilised as it enables for the most relevant of information to be delivered to the interviewer.
