I love my course. It's engaging and full of learning opportunities.
It is very well organised. My manager has been clear in my development plan and I have regular one-to-ones to check on my progress.
My employer supports me with providing me the time to do my apprenticeship as well as further training opportunities. They are flexible with my working pattern and always on hand for support.
My training provider is good. They help when I need it and provide extra sessions for further support. I also schedule catch up meetings when I need them.
It helps me to understand the background to the organisation as well as people skills that I can use in my role.
